Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, share a complete unboxing video of the parcel — without any cuts or edits — within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a one-day quality check. After pickup, the replacement typically takes 10 to 15 days to reach you.
How exchanges work
In place of a refund, you may choose any other dress of equivalent value in exchange for the one you received. We do not process refund requests in cash — for prepaid orders, the full amount of the dress (excluding courier charges) is issued as a coupon code or applied to an exchange dress, depending on the order value.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once successfully placed.
Dispatch & delivery
Ready-stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping details are shared via email once the order is dispatched.
